ENGLISH (français en dessous) The Slow Morning DK Socks is a quick and easy to knit sock pattern, ideal for the fall and winter seasons. These socks are knit cuff down with a 2x2 ribbing pattern that brings comfort to the foot, and a short row heel. They make a good first sock knitting pattern if you’re a beginner.

Sizes 1(2)3 For a foot circumference about 20(22)24cm/8(8,6)9,4in (measured around the ball of the foot)

Yarn You’ll need DK weight sock yarn (200m per 100gr), or fingering weight (400m per 100gr) held double, around 100gr and 150gr of yarn. The amount of yarn needed will mostly vary depending on your shoe size.

The exemple (size 2, shoe size 38) is knit using 110gr of Drops Fabel colorway pearl grey, held double.

Needles & notions us 2.5 / 3mm circular or double pointed needles 2 stitch markers a tapestry needle

Gauge 28 st x 40 rows for 10x10cm (4x4 in) in stockinette stitch

Fil Vous aurez besoin de fil à chaussette épaisseur DK (200m pour 100gr), ou épaisseur fingering (400m pour 100gr) à tenir en double, entre 100gr et 150gr environ. Le quantité de fil nécessaire va surtout varier suivant votre pointure.
