About this pattern
This pattern is also available for FREE on my website HERE.
Learn to crochet the lotus stitch! This gorgeous, lacy stitch is a one-row repeat that produces an heirloom-worthy baby blanket perfect for the warmer months.
This was my first experience using lyocell. It’s a lightweight, cooling, natural fiber derived from eucalyptus. It’s antimicrobial which is great for baby items, and it’s super drapey!
I alternated single rows of color with color blocked sections to highlight individual lotus stitches. What do you think? A simple, color-blocked look would also be lovely, or the blanket would shine in just one solid color.
The blanket is finished with a simple double crochet border, which works up super quickly!
I hope you enjoy this pattern!
