⸻
Skill level: Confident beginner You should be comfortable with: • Knitting flat (back and forth in rows) • Basic increases and decreases • Mattress stitch for seaming • Whipstitch for smooth joins
⸻
Size: The finished size may vary depending on your yarn and needle choice. For example: • Drops Soft Tweed (50g/130m) on 3.5 mm needles → approx. 17 cm tall
Materials: • 30 g of Drops Soft Tweed (or similar yarn) • Small amount of black yarn/thread for eyes and nose
Needles: • straight needles 3.5 mm (long enough to hold all stitches comfortably) or • circular needles 3.5 mm with a long cable for flat knitting or • choose needles 1–1.5 sizes smaller than recommended for your yarn
