Light As A Feather Cowl

The Light As A Feather Cowl design is a collaboration with Campfiber Yarns to explore their gorgeous new Yak Silk DK yarn. The result is a soft, stretchy, lightweight, easy-to-wear cowl, full of beautiful texture. This tube cowl is knit in one solid colour from bottom to top, featuring ribbing on both ends, and deliciously squishy waffle texture in the middle.

SIZE 22” circumference x 10” tall

YARN Approximately 215 yards/195 meters of DK weight yarn, recommended in a solid or tonal colour to show the texture Sample shown in Campfiber Yarns Yak Silk DK in Night Flight (231 yards/211 meters/100 grams)

SUGGESTED NEEDLES US 6/4.0 mm (or size required to obtain gauge) 16”/40 cm circular needle, DPNs, or long circular needles for the “magic loop” method

GAUGE 21 sts and 35 rows per 4”/10 cm, measured over waffle stitch knit in the round, after blocking
