About this pattern
Placemats are worked flat in one piece using the tapestry crochet technique of changing colors. Each section uses two colors. Hold both colors throughout each row, crocheting over the strand not in use. When changing from one color to another, work up to the final step in the old color, working the final pull-through in the new color.
